Berry Granola Yogurt Bowl: A 5-Minute Grab-and-Go Breakfast | Eeva

Mornings are busy, but breakfast can still be beautiful. This berry granola yogurt bowl comes together in five minutes and is packed with protein, fiber and color. Make it before school drop-off, take it to the office, or have it after the gym. Snap the lid on and it's ready whenever you are.

Makes: 1 bowl
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: none

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 strawberries, halved
  • ¼ cup raspberries
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • 5–6 banana chips (or fresh banana slices)
  • ⅓ cup granola
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Start with the base. Spoon the Greek yogurt into your container and spread it evenly. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if you like it a little sweeter.
  2. Add the fruit. Arrange the strawberries, raspberries and blueberries over one side of the yogurt.
  3. Add the crunch. Pile the granola on the other side and tuck in the banana chips.
  4. Finish with chia. Sprinkle the chia seeds over the top.
  5. Pack it. Close the lid and refrigerate until you're ready to eat.

Tips

  • Keep it crunchy: If you're packing it the night before, put the granola in a separate small container and add it just before eating.
  • Boost the protein: Stir a scoop of vanilla protein powder or a spoonful of nut butter into the yogurt for a post-workout version.
  • Make it kid-friendly: Swap the plain yogurt for vanilla and slice the strawberries smaller.
  • Use what you have: Frozen berries work too. They thaw by lunchtime and keep everything cool.
  • Dairy-free option: Use coconut or almond yogurt.
