By using the EEVA website or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Using the Site
You must be at least 18, or use the Site with a parent or guardian's permission. You agree not to misuse the Site, including hacking, scraping, reselling our products without permission, or placing fraudulent orders.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login details private and for all activity on your account. Tell us right away at [support email] if you think someone else has accessed it.
3. Products and pricing
We do our best to show our products, colors and sizes accurately, but screens vary and small differences can happen. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
4. Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, limit or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock or we suspect fraud. You'll be charged when your order is placed. If we cancel after charging you, we'll refund you in full.
5. Shipping
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Once your order is handed to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to you. If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll help sort it out.

7. Using your EEVA products
EEVA bento boxes are made of food-grade silicone. Please follow the care instructions included with your product. Our products are not for use in ovens, on stovetops or over open flames. Always supervise young children at mealtime. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper care or normal wear and tear.
8. Promotions and discount codes
Discount codes, including our 10% first-order offer, are one per customer, can't be combined unless stated, have no cash value and may end at any time.
9. Reviews and content you share
When you post a review, photo or comment, or tag us on social media, you give EEVA permission to use, share and display it for marketing, with credit where possible. Please don't post anything unlawful, offensive or that isn't yours to share.
10. Our content
Everything on the Site, including our name, logo, photos, designs and text, belongs to EEVA or our licensors. You may not copy or use it without our written permission.
11. Disclaimer
The Site and our products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties beyond those stated in these Terms or required by law.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, EEVA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.

14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Alameda County, California.

Return Policy
Not in love with your EEVA? You can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus a $7.99 return fee.
What can be returned
To be eligible, your item must be:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Unused, clean and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging, with all lids, seals and inserts included
For hygiene reasons, we can't accept items that have been used with food. Sale items are final sale and can't be returned. Gift cards can't be returned either.
How to start a return
- Email us at [support email] with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll reply with your return instructions and a prepaid return label.
- Pack your item securely in its original packaging and drop it off with the carrier.
Returns sent without contacting us first can't be accepted.
Return fee
A $7.99 return fee is deducted from your refund. It covers your prepaid return label and handling. For example, a $40 order is refunded as $32.01.
Refunds
Once your return arrives, we'll inspect it and email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, and the $7.99 return fee won't apply.
